I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, which means that I am trained at doctoral level to deliver a range of evidence based interventions. I have worked clinically for over 8 years, providing psychological support to children, young people and adults with a range of difficulties, within the NHS and other public sector settings.

I provide a non-judgemental, confidential space in which my clients can safely talk about and understand their experiences and consider the best ways to manage their difficulties.

I am skilled in the completion of complex assessments which help me in identifying the most appropriate intervention for my clients. I typically draw on the following theoretical approaches in my practice, in order to meet the idiosyncratic needs of my clients:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Attachment focused therapies (e.g. Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Theraplay © and Video Interaction Guidance)

Developmental psychology

Trauma Informed approaches

Systemic Therapy

Compassion focused therapy

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

I provide a range of interventions for:

Low mood and depression

Anxiety (generalised anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder)
